Drivers must be 21 years or older to rent a vehicle.

It varies depending on vehicle availability and cleaning time between rentals.

What is the shortest and longest rental duration allowed?
Shortest rental: 1 day
Longest rental: As long as you need (extensions available upon request).
How are sales tax, coupons, and additional fees applied?
A 6.25% sales tax applies to all rentals.
Any additional fees (like cleaning, tolls, or late returns) will be clearly listed in your rental agreement — no hidden charges!
How many miles are included with the rental?
Each rental includes 250 miles per day.
Additional miles are billed at $0.35 per mile after the daily limit.
What are your standard business hours?
🕘 Monday – Saturday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
🚫 Sunday: Closed
What delivery locations do you offer, and what are the fees?

Flexride Car Rental does not currently offer custom delivery services.
What are the allowed pick-up and return times?
Pick-up and return times are available during business hours (9 AM – 6 PM).
Is there a specific schedule for custom deliveries?
Not at this moment — but this may change in the future.
Do you allow pick-ups and returns outside business hours?
Unfortunately, no after-hours pick-ups or returns are available at this time.
Are there any important extra details renters should know?
Yes — please note the following:
Pre-Paid Gas: $55
Refueling Fee: $15 + cost of fuel
Late Fee: $25 per day
Retrieval Fee: $100
Do you offer additional equipment or services?
No, we currently do not offer extra equipment or add-on services.
What are the charges for exceeding the included mileage?
A fee of $0.35 per mile applies after the included 250 miles per day.
What is the cost for an additional driver?
You can add an additional driver for $25.
(They must meet all rental requirements and be listed on the rental agreement.)
What are the penalties or fees for smoking in the vehicle?
🚭 Absolutely NO SMOKING (including cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, or vapes).
Any sign of smoking will incur a $200 cleaning fee.
Are there any fees associated with EZ Pass or toll usage?
Yes — all renters are responsible for tolls during their rental.
All vehicles come with a UNI Pass Device.
Please notify Flexride Car Rental if you plan to use toll lanes.
Toll bills may take 30–60 days to process. Once received, please review and pay your invoice promptly.
Is there a cleaning fee? Under what conditions is it charged?
Cleaning fees are only applied if the vehicle is returned excessively dirty.
Cleaning Fee Breakdown:
Moderate Cleaning: $50 — mud, sand, small spills, or minor odors
Heavy Cleaning: $100 — stains, heavy odors (e.g., smoke), bug debris
Severe Cleaning: $150 — steam cleaning or full detailing
Pet Hair Removal: $150 — please keep pets at home 🐶
Extremely Dirty: $200
Filthy: $300+
Multiple Issues Cleaning: $250 — when multiple cleaning levels apply
If you take the car to the beach, please clean it out before returning. Sand and sunscreen will require a professional detail and result in a $250 charge.
